Despite recent advances in LGBTI+ rights, there is still a lot of hidden prejudice in the corporate world, which results in a large difference in the unemployment rate in the LGBTI+ community and in the general population.

Many inclusive companies like P&G would like to reduce this inequality, but how can you find the ideal LGBTI+ candidate for a job if people don't include this information on their resume? Encouraging them to include it with pride.
